How do I get my tickets?
Shortly after your booking is complete your e-ticket send directly to your email. Mobile tickets are accepted.
How does it work?
London Eye: Join the Standard Experience boarding point at the time booked and confirmed. Please note: Your ticket is a standard ticket, not a Fast-Track ticket.
To guarantee access to the other attractions and avoid queues at the ticket desk, you can book your date and time slot in advance by login in to Merlin Magical Pass booking portal. The booking portal’s address and how to login will be clearly stated on your e-ticket.
Once your attraction visits have been booked via the booking portal, instructions apply as follow:
Madame Tussauds: Please arrive at your confirmed date and time. Scan the barcode on your e-ticket at door 2 and start your visit of Madame Tussauds.
London Eye River Cruise: Please go to the London Eye Pier 15 minutes before the cruise departure time booked and confirmed in the booking portal.
The London Dungeon: Show up at the entry for the next starting show at the time booked and confirmed in the booking portal.
SEA LIFE London: Please go to the 'timed entry door' at the time booked and confirmed in the booking portal.
Shrek’s Adventure: Join the entry for the next starting show at the time booked and confirmed in the booking portal.
Attractions not pre-booked via the booking portal will be subject to availability at time of visit and will require visiting the ticket desk to get booked into the next available timeslot. Immediate availability is not guaranteed.
How long are my tickets valid?
Your ticket to London Eye is valid on the chosen the day and time slot shown on your e-ticket. You can plan you visit to the other attractions anytime subject to availability within 90 days of your Madame Tussauds confirmed visit date.
How do I get my 10% discount voucher?
On your e-ticket there is a link to your exclusive 10% discount voucher for Madame Tussauds souvenir shop. Just print the discount voucher and present it to the cashier at Madame Tussauds souvenir shop to redeem your 10% discount.
What ticket types is available?
Adult (16+)
Child (3-15)
Infant (0-2): Free of charge
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a legal adult (18+)
Important information:

Utile comprare tutti i biglietti in un colpo solo e a prezzo scontato! Una volta stampato/scaricato il biglietto, basta presentarlo all’ingresso delle attrazioni e farlo scansionare. per la mia esperienza posso dire che avere i biglietti già in mano è una grande cosa, per le attrazioni fatte :
- Madame Tussauds attrazione fantastica
- London Eye attrazione da fare assolutamente
- Sea Life Aquarium attrazione bella soprattutto per una famiglia con bambini
- The London Dungeon è un'attrazione solo per chi conosce la lingua inglese !!!!!!!

Ottimo pacchetto per chi visita Londra per pochi giorni, ti da la possibilità di visitare 4 delle più rinomate attrazioni londinesi situate una vicino all'altra. Una cosa da migliorare è quella di mettere personale che sappia parlare più lingue compreso l'italiano dato che nel mio soggiorno si è verificato l'attentato è per ricevere notizie in merito abbiamo usato il cellulare. Comunque ottima organizzazione in tutto e lo consiglio a tutti. Da rifare sicuramente.
